MIND/BODY CLASSES
CORE YOGA | With special attention to strengthening the core, this Hatha Yoga class will not only enhance your posture, but it will make you stronger in your every day life activities; including your other workouts.
HATHA YOGA | Hatha (meaning physical) is based on the ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation through various asanas (postures) and breathing techniques. Providing tools for everyday stress, this class aims to clear the mind, improve concentration, enhance your overall well-being, and experience inner peace. Hatha yoga allows one to calm the mind, body and soul and to experience deep relaxation.
PILATES | Based on the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates, this class incorporates modern exercise principles, including contemporary thinking about spinal rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement. Our mat-based Pilates classes will help you improve breath control, spinal alignment, core strength, as well as achieve grace and balance.
POWER YOGA FLOW | A sweaty, vigorous form of yoga, power yoga is characterized by the practice of a series of yoga poses without stopping and accompanied by Vinyasa or riding the breath in order to flow from one pose to another. It is a vigorous exercise that physically and mentally challenges you in order to help you connect to your inner power.
VIBRANT VINYASA YOGA | Weekend yoga set to upbeat ambient, lounge, jazz, fusion, or international melodies. Leave class feeling strengthened, lengthened, and ready to make the most of your day!
VINYASA YOGA | Vinyasa means breathing systems. Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath, linking the postures together into a dynamic practice. The breath is used as a constant point of reference for returning to and resting in the present moment.
BARRE ESSENTIALS | Get the results celebrities such as Kelly Ripa, Kelly Osborne and Natalie Portman are raving about! Barre Essentials is a ballet inspired workout that combines traditional barre exercises, pilates, and body sculpting techniques designed to lengthen, strengthen, and revitalize your body!
BUDOKON | A dynamic physical practice that stems from both yogic and martial arts. The foundation of the Budokon physical practice is precision, alignment and Zen mind. All Budokon techniques are designed to explore the body's full range of motion. The practice dances between agility, control, speed, power, balance and flow.
DYNAMIC YOGA FLOW | This Vinyasa Yoga class uses creative sequencing as well as a blend of both traditional yoga music and contemporary music that awakens and energizes your practice.
GENTLE VINYASA YOGA | With less “Vinyasas” (flows through pushup, upward dog and downward dog), this practice allows for more time spent in each pose to really focus on alignment, balance and core strength. Not only will this practice allow the experienced yogi to go deeper into their poses, but also allows the beginner to learn the poses and their modifications.
